At Deia Beauty we are based on appointments only and do not accept walk ins.

We are closed on Sundays.

Please book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment .


Covid-19 Policy from July 13th 2020

  • All clients are required to wear face covering to their appointment. Please bring a face mask with you.

  • All clients must wash their hands before entering the beauty studio. Toilets can be found on the 4th floor.

  • Face masks can be purchased at the studio for £1 Each for clients that do not have one. 

  • The studio will be cleaned throughly in between every appointment to insure the highest level of health and safety. 

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell, please reschedule and stay at home to protect yourself, other clients and your therapist.

  • Bookings are best made online!

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Your deposit will be deducted off the total service price. 

  • The remainder of the total amount will be charged on the day of your appointment.

  • Please adhere to our company rules, terms and conditions before making a booking.

  • We Accept Card/ Contactless payments


  • Consent forms are mandatory and must be completed before the date of treatment.

  • Consultations ensure that you do not have any contraindications and that you are medically fit for treatment. This is extremely important for the safety of our clients.

  • Clients are liable to disclose all relevant information on consultations.

  • Patch tests are recommended for Lash and Brow treatments. Please ensure you book your patch test at least 48 hours before any of these treatments.


  • ​If you wish cancel/reschedule you must do this no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non- transferable.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without giving notice you will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • If the service is part of a pre-paid package, 1 session will be lost.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced/cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the services booked. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.

  • *You CAN wax whilst on your menstrual cycle (MUST have a tampon or menstrual cup in), if you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel.



  • We offer a selection of packages that allow clients to enjoy their favourite treatments at a reduced price.

  • Our waxing packages are made of 4 sessions that expire after 6 months from the purchase date. 

  • All packages are paid in full and sessions are booked in online.

  • Packages are non refundable and non transferable. 

  • Any session not used before the expiry date will be lost.

  • Gift cards can be purchased online up to £200.

  • Gift cards can be used for all services.

  • Gift cards cannot be used with any seasonal discounts, offers or packages.

  • Expires after 12 months from purchase date.

  • No exchanges or refunds.

Please plan your journey accordingly. We work an extremely busy schedule, therefore we kindly ask all clients to attend on time.

  • When you arrive at the building please press the reception button and our reception staff will inform you where to go.

  • Plus 1's are not permitted unless you require special assistance.

  • Under 18's must attend with a legal guardian or Parent.

  • Digital receipts can be provided for those who ask for one after their Service.
