At Deia Beauty we are based on appointments only and do not accept walk ins.

We are closed on Sundays.

Please book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment .

BOOKINGS​

  • ​​Bookings are best made online!
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Your deposit will be deducted off the total service price. 
  • The remainder of the total amount will be charged on the day of your appointment.
  • Please adhere to our company rules, terms and conditions before making a booking.
  • We Accept Card/ Contactless/ Cash payments.

CONSULTATIONS

  • Consent forms are mandatory and must be completed before the date of treatment.
  • Consultations ensure that you do not have any contraindications and that you are medically fit for treatment. This is extremely important for the safety of our clients.
  • Clients are liable to disclose all relevant information on consultations.
  • Patch tests are recommended for Lash and Brow treatments. Please ensure you book your patch test at least 48 hours before any of these treatments.

     

    CANCELLATIONS/  RESCHEDULING/ LATENESS 

    • ​If you wish cancel/reschedule you must do this no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
    • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non- transferable.
    • If you do not show up for your appointment without giving notice you will be charged 100% of the service price.
    • If the service is part of a pre-paid package, 1 session will be lost.
    • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced/cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the services booked. 
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.
    • *You CAN wax whilst on your menstrual cycle (MUST have a tampon or menstrual cup in), if you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel.

       

      COVID 19 Policy

      In the event that a client or member of staff contracts COVID 19 Virus or has a positive covid result, their appointment will be rescheduled to a new date following a 10 day isolation period or the value of the deposit paid will be put on a gift card to use within 12 months of the original appointment date.

       

      PACKAGES & GIFT CARDS

      • ​We offer a selection of packages that allow clients to enjoy their favourite treatments at a reduced price.
      • Our waxing/facial packages are made of 4/6 and 12 sessions that expire.
      • All packages are paid in full and sessions are booked in online.
      • Payment plans are available upon request.
      • Packages are non refundable and non transferable. 
      • Any session not used before the expiry date will be lost.
      • Gift cards can be purchased online.
      • Gift cards can be used for all services.
      • Gift cards cannot be used with any seasonal discounts, offers or packages.
      • Expires after 12 months from purchase date.
      • No exchanges or refunds. Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

        HYDRAFACIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

        • All Hydrafacial subscriptions/packages are non refundable and non-transferable.
        • All subscriptions/packages are made up of 6 or 12 Hydrafacials that have an expiry date.
        • 6 Month Packages - Expires 8 Months from date of purchase.
        • 12 Month Packages  -  Expires 16 months from the date of purchase. 
        • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the package price. 
        • 0% interest Instalments will be taken on the 1st of the month via Direct debit with GoCardless LTD. An email will be sent to sign up to your chosen subscription. 
        • Subscription payments can be frozen for 1 calendar month at time - after which payments will resume as scheduled. The original expiry date will remain.
        • To freeze/unfreeze your subscription please email Deia Beauty London. Instalment payments and subscription will resume immediately. 
        • You can cancel your subscription anytime by informing Deia Beauty London LTD via email at the earliest convenience.
        • Once the subscription is cancelled , all future Hydrafacial treatments and future instalment payments will be discontinued. 
        • If you wish to start a new subscription in the future,  a new deposit will be required.
        • By signing up to GOCARDLESS, you agree to Deia Beauty London subscription T&C’s​
        • Please plan your journey accordingly. We work an extremely busy schedule, therefore we kindly ask all clients to attend on time.
        • When you arrive at the building please press the reception button and our reception staff will inform you where to go.

        • Plus 1's are not permitted unless you require special assistance.

        • Under 18's must attend with a legal guardian or Parent.

        • Digital receipts can be provided for those who ask for one after their Service.
